An attorney and dealmaker who is an operator at her core, Ami focuses on turning compelling investment theses into execution. She brings deep experience across M&A, venture, finance, corporate strategy, and consumer — with a track record of navigating companies through character-changing deals, first as a Big Law attorney and then as an executive in the retail industry at DICK'S Sporting Goods. Ami was previously a partner at Elysian Park Ventures, where among other things, she served as PWHL’s Interim Head of Business Operations in its earliest days. She was instrumental in building the organization, talent, and functions, including placing key leaders across the organization ahead of the league’s historically significant inaugural game on January 1, 2024. Ami serves on the board of Beauty by Imagination, a PE-backed personal care platform and Canopy Team, a women-led venue design firm.

A strategist turned investor who thrives on spotting overlooked markets and connecting dots across industries, Fielding has worked with early stage startups her entire career. She previously led innovation efforts at NBCUniversal, Comcast, and R/GA Ventures. At R/GA she spearheaded the Trailblazer Venture Studio, the first venture studio to focus on the intersection of women and sports, and the Global Sports Venture Studio, a sports innovation collaboration and investment platform consisting of leagues, teams, brands, retail and technology. Fielding was the captain of the Yale Lacrosse team, is a previous TedX speaker and serves on the boards of U.S Lacrosse, Yale University Lacrosse, and The Westminster Schools Alumni Association.
